Love to hear Johnny Yong Bosch after so much time and tbh I was scared that in a recent anime where he didn’t gave good voice and now he is back in Trigun s2 but after watching ep 1 that he did a good job voicing vash nicely , can’t wait to watch the other dub eps

I know that but there is a anime where he dubbed a voice and it wasn’t good and I didn’t watch it anymore and u know there are VA who have dubbed so great anime but becuz of there overconfidence they ruin the anime

They don't ruin the show if that was the case no one would enjoy anime after starting with Sonic X dub an other 4kids dubs hehe

Yep but there are also some VA who have ruin or who could have ruin a show if the other VA didn’t step up there game

Watching both Dubs is amusing hearing how the characters are slightly tweaked in their lines an delivery Meryl leading into seeing the "corpse" was very adorable

Someone convinced me to watch this remake and I decided to give it a chance and... its just atrocious. Even the original anime wasn't this corny and cartoonish. Watching the first episode of the original and remake is like night and day. So sad what they did one of the greatest animes ever. All the heart and style is gone. What a shame.

This 1st episode is not as good as the 1st episode of the original but, I love Trigun so I'll give this a chance.

I need to review the previous anime. Because this Tringun is so horrible. In therms of animation and narrative. I remember that the previous Trigun was so baddass.

I just watched watched the whole trigun series and before I get into this I think this is bad for most of the reasons I think promare is bad when you ignore the good things inherent about trigun. I get why someone might defend this show but just the opening shows that the pacing, build up, character development, and reveals of the original to new viewers are all completely off. The design of the main character made it so you were never sure if he had any cyborg limb and there was even points that disway that theory only turn on you in the reveal. I can somewhat be okay with the 3d if it wasn't so unclear and undefined on small details but that's just me, the original was simple but the line art was fantastic. This just really doesn't fit Trigun to me, it's like taking Trigun and monster energy and creating a smoothie out of it with random important plot points happening way before they should and almost constantly trying to be fast and exciting almost like it's going to give you a heart attack of action which can work but I don't think it did here because the quiet and slow parts of the original were often the most impactful. Writing is hard and it's easy to be a critic but I honestly am surprised it's this lower mid tier but that's just my 10 cents

The tone of this kind of reminds me of Western animation. Can't pinpoint why though.

It's rounder and softer. Traditionally, anime, especially shonen, is more angular with sharper lines.

If I hadn't seen the original Trigun, I'd think this was decent. I can admit that. However, I have seen the original Trigun, so I feel let down.

Bruh both shows are modifications of bits of the Manga the first show is mostly filler and is not bad same with this show being a bit more like the Manga with its own edits

CG anime isn't necessarily "crap" as you so eloquently put it. It really depends on the studio! Besides, if you dislike CG that much, why are you watching? Are you just here to complain about it?

CG is not horrible theirs countless great CG series an films this hate train is BS its just weebs trying to have some hollow pride

cg is mostly dog shit the animes that are succseful and have good cgi are less than 5% of your CG series catagory

its by the same studio that does beast stars give a chance

people act like this is bad. do they forget berserk 2016, berserk 2017, monster strike 2, and mosnter strike the animation exist.

the only issue with 3D is people feeling pride by hating every 3D thing ever if its Asian but when the west does it
its beloved its so bullshit

berserk cgi is unwatchable when it comes to bad cgi berserk is very high on the list
